Hey there! I'm here for another research update. It would seem that 2020 is the year of the Demonologist! There is so much new information coming to the fore that it can be overwhelming at times. My book is due to be out in the middle of august and I cannot wait! I have never been satisfied with the dogmatic answers that plague my discipline. Demonology MUST be approached as the study of the afterlife! No matter what religious dogma has to offer, we must not limit the scope of our research. This phenomenon is unique in that it is cross-cultural and inter-religious.
Stay tuned for there is much more to come!

Hello all! I am back for another update:
I could not be more excited about where the field of demonology is heading! In every radio/podcast interview I have been blessed to be a part of, I have highlighted 2020 to be paramount for the field. New insight is coming to the fore! I will share a glimpse of what I am talking about below.
I recently finished the book Eros & Evil by the towering R.E.L. Masters. I cannot articulate the amount of value it has added to my own work. One of the most profound points Masters (respectfully) made was the role symbolism played in the occult. This was a much-needed revelation! Why? Because of the number of times I have come across the same symbolism in possession/haunting cases all across the world. Not just symbolism as a concept but specific symbols being employed by possessing and malevolent entities.
A word on symbolism: Symbolism is the simplification of language, values, or memory. The symbol itself points back to that which it represents.
To the demon, symbolism is a dialect!
If a symbol is present in a haunting, a belief system is as well!
